If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a full refund, in store credit, or exchange. We accept returns posted back to us within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags attached.
Clearance items are not eligible for refund except in the case of faults. Store credit will be issued.
The Norwegian Store is not responsible for any manufacturer faults after the standard 30 day returns period.
The Norwegian Store is not responsible for faults as a result of washing.

Allow 1-2 business days to process your return. For any online purchases you should receive your refund in 5-7 days, per our payment service. For orders placed over the phone we will contact you to issue a refund.
