Delivery
We ship with Royal Mail and aim to have your item shipped the same day as you order. If you haven't received your item in 5 working days, please let us know.
Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will go out the following business day, as our local post office does not open on Saturday.
Special delivery orders must be placed before 12pm to guarantee next day by 1pm.
New: Royal Mail Signed for is being replaced with UK Tracked 24 and we will be updating our shipping accordingly. This will not affect our shipping times.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund, in store credit, or exchange. We accept returns posted back to us within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in new and unused condition with original tags attached.
The Norwegian Store is not responsible for any manufacturer faults after the standard 30 day returns period.
The Norwegian Store is not responsible for faults as a result of washing.
